Spring Forward

We are about to Spring forward! In Europe, on the last Sunday of March, the clocks will go forward by an hour, which means longer days are here! The United States has already made the shift.

In this season, it's the perfect time to embrace the outdoors and soak up some sunshine to get some natural Vitamin D โ˜€๏ธ

With the growing awareness of the negative effects of prolonged sitting and staying indoors, now more than ever is the ideal opportunity to prioritise movement and spend time outdoors.

Whether it's a stroll during your lunch break, working out outside, or getting off the train/bus a couple of stops early, taking steps to get your body moving can do wonders for your health. Utilise the great outdoors (with nice weather hopefully!) and prioritise getting fresh air.
