Spring Clean 🧹

It's time to tackle that clutter we've been holding onto. While I'm all for a mini quarterly declutter, there's something special about a thorough spring clean that sets the tone for the season ahead. Take a moment to dive into your wardrobe and categorise the items you want to donate, sell, trash, or keep.

Ask yourself: What serves me? What doesn't? A helpful rule I saw while researching on decluttering: If you haven't worn it in the last 90 days and don't see yourself wearing it in the next 90 days (let's be real), it might be time to let the item go. Of course, we'll make exceptions for those special occasion outfits. And don’t limit this to clothes; do you have old books, gadgets, unwanted gifts, old letters… once you take a look at your space, you'll be surprised by the things you've been holding onto that no longer serve you. While there are some items you may not want to part with for nostalgic reasons (I have been there), it's important to be firm with yourself.

Decluttering isn't just about tidying up physical spaces; it's also an aid for mental health. Personally, I've found that clearing out my surroundings leads to better sleep and a clearer mind. As you go through your belongings, consider donating or selling items that no longer serve you (I have been in my Vinted and eBay bag!). It's a win-win scenario – you'll free up space while potentially helping someone else find joy in your pre-loved items
